The objectives of the Huachuca City Dart League (HCDL) shall be to promote the development and enjoyment of competitive darts, coordinate functions and activities of darts. To sanction league and tournament play in and around Huachuca City and Sierra Vista, Arizona.  To establish friendly relationships among the members and with similar organizations in according with the corporations' purpose as stated in the Articles of Incorporation.  The HCDL is a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian, incorporated, membership association.
